Catalytic Grant

Up to $100,000

Apply to this grant if your social enterprise has identified specific procurement or investment opportunities. With the Catalytic Grant you can apply for funding of up to $100,000 to access the support your social enterprise needs to compete for an identified procurement or investment opportunity. Additional information:

  • Social enterprises can apply with or without participating in the other granting stream.
  • The size of the investment or contract opportunity must be significantly larger than the amount requested. Specifically, at least 4 times the amount of the grant requested.
  • Social enterprises may identify a service provider or several service providers  (e.g. consultancy, legal services, evaluation services) from a pre-approved list provided by the Program Administrator or you can propose a different service provider(s), which would be subject to prior approval of the Program Administrator. Please see the eligibility criteria for service providers.

If you need help meeting specific criteria to win a contract or investment this is the grant for you. Ideally you have identified a specific contract or investment that your social enterprise is looking to secure. The Catalytic Grant can provide your social enterpise with expertise and support to expand the impact of your work.
